1. We ask for a minimum of three hours per sitting appointment unless previously agreed upon.

2. Peace of mind is in the price. We ensure all of our sitters have full background checks, are CPR and first aid certified, and are fully insured. This, along with continued education, ensures a talented pool of highly experienced sitters.

3. How do we keep track of time? Our employees clock in when they get to their location and clock out once they leave the home. This means if you live on a military base or are at a resort, our employees will clock in when they get to the gate/front desk. You will always receive a text letting you know when your sitter is on their way and their ETA, so please be ready to receive our sitters when they arrive.

4. We know things happen, so if for some reason you cannot get back home by the scheduled time, you must call the agency as soon as possible so we can try to remedy the situation. A late fee will also be added.

5. We stay on premises with your children, unless previously agreed upon.
